Returns & Refunds policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance.

We offer a 30 day return & exchange policy for ready to ship items

Timing: 30 days from the date the item has been received, or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Eligibility: to be eligible for return, goods must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Conditions for returns:

🫧Please make sure that the goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

🫧For returns please inform us of your decision via our email, enquiries@opalily.com. Please insert in the subject 'returns' and include your order number, name and reason for the return.

🫧If returning a good, you must provide a tracking number and send the parcel with signature on delivery.

🫧We will provide the customer with instructions on where to send the returned goods.

🫧Please note that you are responsible for ALL shipping costs of the returned item. You are also responsible for insurance.

🫧If a returned item is lost in the mail, we accept no liability or responsibility for the refund.

🫧Once the returned item is received by us, we will inspect it and provide you with a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

🫧If the refund is approved, it will be processed and we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

🫧We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
